Our investments are the products of creativity and
entrepreneurial spirit; then shared by strategic and
financial investors to co-invest with. We prefer and utilize
hands-on management for our investments.
We prefer to invest into companies where we will have
either a majority or a controlling minority share. We
perceive this as the only means to effectively and
distinctively assist in providing our expertise to the
company.
In most cases, the invested companies by the completion
of partnership either become target companies for larger and
more diversified groups or a complementary investment for
the portfolios of private equity groups. Another potential
exit is IPO.
