Brightwell has realised the exit from GMX on Jan 1st.,
2009 through a Management Buyout (MBO).
GMX S.A.S. is the operator of the YouTransactor personal
mobile transaction system.
The mission of GMX is to supply an-end-to-end secured
platform (device, system and services) for transaction
service providers willing to offer a service pack of payment,
transactional and business applications to closed groups of
users among the 120 million new points of transaction
(mobile prosumers and sales agents).
This system is a card-based -and non-card based- secure
transaction service that
- Aggregates services of multiple transaction service
providers through its unique switching technology
- Eliminates the need for paper
- Provides merchants and customers with the capability to
store, process and manage their transactions online
- Increases productivity and lowers total cost of
ownership.
