SynergEthic SA is a start-up company that develops the Tilter; a two-seater electric vehicle of small width, providing a pragmatic and innovative answer to traffic issues in urban areas.

Tilter’s marketing is planned for 2012. Its introductory price should be below 9,000 €, plus subscription of a lease covering maintenance and batteries.

Tilter’s main features are:

· Length 2.50 meters, width 0.90 m, height 1.65 meters,

· Two wheels at the rear, a guide wheel at the front,

· Two seats in a line,

· Range of 120 km, maximum speed of 110 km/h,

· An exclusive patented tilting system when cornering.

Brightwell Holdings, along with its along with its Turkish automotive industrial partners, BPlas and Orhan Holding, has purchased a significant stake in SynergEthic, with the aim of finalizing the technical development and launch phase of industrialization, manufacturing and marketing.
